AMERICAN OPTICAL

These sunglasses are the real thing. I should know as I have been wearing this style from this manufacturer since 1972 and I am a retired Marine Corps Officer. The best sunglasses
I bought my first pair of American Optical sunglass in 1965 while in the Army. I still have them and they’re still going strong.

    The Aviator

These are the real thing. I have been looking for them for months now. My husband loves them and I will probably get him another pair.

Not dark enough and too big
They are too big for my face and are not dark enough. Also when I wear them on my bike they channel wind directly to the inside of my eye and make them water.

Nice quality, bad choice of style
Pleasantly surprised by the quality of these glasses, though if I purchased again I would not get the bayonet style, they are frequently slipping down the bridge of my nose…
